Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only if requested within 7 days of receiving the product, including defective or incorrectly shipped items.

• Please return the item in its original condition, properly packaged, and send it directly to the Mutedelion return address.

• Returns may be rejected if any free gifts or original components included with the order are missing.

• Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, staining, damage, or if tags/labels are removed or damaged, resulting in loss of product value.

• Minor issues that may occur during the production process—such as small fabric debris, loose threads from finishing, chalk marks, or irregular patterns—are not considered defects.

1. Please submit a return request through the website.

2. Click the chat button at the bottom right of the site and leave us a message. We will provide you with detailed return instructions.

3. After reviewing the instructions provided, please send the package directly to the return address.

Refund Information

• Once the returned item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Refunds will be issued after deducting the return shipping fee.

• For defective or incorrectly shipped items, Mutedelion will cover the return shipping cost.
